Koha resources for COVID-19 response


In case you didn’t hear through other channels, ByWater Solutions has created text and video materials addressing questions you may have about Koha maintenance in light of COVID-19. Here are links to those materials: 




     Preparing for Library Closures. As communities are experiencing a difficult time due to the COVID-19 virus, our educators have prepared information to help get your Koha system ready:




·     Town Hall Preparing for a Library Closure. ByWater Solutions hosted a town hall early last week to answer questions our partners had concerning COVID-19 and library closures (video):


 

·     Set items to quarantine status upon return. During our town hall, several partners mentioned that their libraries are quarantining returned items for several days before they're allowed to circulate again. Andrew has sketched out a way to make Koha help with that:
